NIGERIA CRICKET FEDERATION INVITES 36 PLAYERS TO UNDER-19 CAMP
The Nigeria Cricket Federation wishes to inform the Cricket Family and general public that a total of 36 players have been invited to the National Under-19 camp in preparation for the International Cricket Council (ICC) Under-19 world Cup Qualifier slated for later this year in Nigeria.
The players invited to camp were drawn from the National Under-17 Cricket championship which took place in Benin City, Edo State in February 2021.
Nigeria qualified for her first ever World Cup tournament with a journey that began in 2018 beating 5 countries in Division 1 and another 5 countries in division 2 to achieve that feat. The Junior Yellow Greens will look to maintain that impressive record to afford Nigeria a chance to pick the only spot available for the tournament this year.

The Camp will run from the 2nd – 8th June 2021 in Abuja. Players are expected to come with all relevant documents for screening as demanded by the Federation.
