The Nigeria Cricket Federation (NCF) has officially announced the final 14-player squad that will represent the country at the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Africa Division 1 Qualifier, set to take place in Namibia. The team departed Lagos last night, brimming with confidence and determination to fly the Nigerian flag high on the continental stage.
Led by Captain Agboya Peculiar, the Female Yellow Greens will compete in Group A, where they will face Sierra Leone in their opening game on August 31st, take on the host nation Namibia on September 1st, and round off the group stage with an encounter against Zimbabwe on September 3rd.
