NCF Invites 40 Ladies to camp in Abuja.

NIGERIA CRICKET FEDERATION INVITES 40 LADIES TO CAMP IN ABUJA

 

The Nigeria Cricket Federation wishes to inform the entire Cricket family and the general public that a total of 40 ladies across the country have been invited to camp in preparation for the Kwibuka  Women’s Invitational tournament taking place in Kigali, Rwanda from the 4th to 13th June, 2021.

Held annually since 2014, the tournament is the flagship event of the women’s Cricket calendar in Rwanda through which the Cricket community contributes to the country’s healing process following the atrocities committed during the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.

The Invited players are expected to arrive the Goodluck Jonathan High Performance Hostel, Package B’ MKO Abiola Stadium on the 10th of May 2021. Trial matches will be conducted and a final squad will be selected for the tournament.

The Women’s camp is expected to end on the 16th of May 2021.

Please Note: Successful players may be asked to remain for closed camping in preparation for the tournament. Please ensure that all relevant forms are filled and documents attached accordingly as that will form the basis for admission into camp.
